1. Quarry Dust Removal Machinery

In mining production, dust removal machinery is used to separate dust and flue gas, effectively reducing dust concentration and improving the production environment. Currently, electrostatic precipitators and baghouse filters are commonly used in the mining production field. Although our electrostatic dust removal systems are mature, the ever-changing production requirements have led to stricter emissions of fine dust, prompting the need for more modifications and innovations in electrostatic dust removal systems. Our baghouse dust removal technology is in a stage of rapid development and has been widely applied. For the dust removal systems in quarries, customers need to conduct regular inspections, including checking sealing performance and damage levels, and also perform regular testing of dust pollution generated in the production line, with timely solutions to any identified issues.

2. Optimizing Quarry Process Layout

The process layout of a quarry significantly impacts production efficiency, and a reasonable process layout can effectively reduce dust pollution generated during production. The combined machinery in a quarry includes PE jaw crushers, vibrating feeders, sand making machines, conveying systems, bucket elevators, and screening machines, etc. Customers can optimize the layout of the production line through the following methods: adjusting the direction and position of the conveying system; removing unnecessary production machinery; improving the dust removal performance of the dust removal system. By optimizing the gap settings between combined machinery and reducing the distance between machines, the production footprint can also be shortened. To effectively mitigate the impact of dust pollution in the production process, customers can also set up more green belts, which can also effectively reduce noise pollution.
