The sand making machine is mainly used to crush pebbles, sand and gravel materials of various hardnesses.
Whether it is soft sand and gravel, or hard river pebbles and granite, shaping and crushing can be easily achieved with a sand making machine.
No machine is indestructible. After a period of use, the sand making machine will gradually age and develop various faults.
To keep the sand making machine running normally and give full play to its production capacity, users must carefully maintain the equipment and avoid negligence.
Proper operation is one of the key factors for the stable and normal operation of the sand making machine.
Correct operation, frequent maintenance and regular inspection can effectively extend the service life of the machine.
Misoperation or carelessness during operation often leads to equipment damage and personal accidents.
All operations must be carried out in strict accordance with the operating procedures.

1. Inspection and Wear Parts Replacement
Stop the machine regularly to open the inspection door and check the internal wear conditions of the sand making machine,
including the feeding pipe, cone cap, upper and lower flow liners of the impeller, peripheral guard plates and impact blocks.
Replace or repair worn parts immediately.
When replacing impact blocks, replace them in full sets to ensure uniform weight.
Never open the inspection door to check the internal working conditions while the sand making machine is running, to avoid danger.
If the impeller body is worn, replace it immediately or contact the manufacturer for repair.
Important note: Without the manufacturer’s approval, do not make a self-made impeller, otherwise you will be responsible for the consequences.
2. Lubrication System
The sand making machine uses Mobil special automotive lubricant or No.3 lithium-based grease.
Add an appropriate amount of lubricant every 400 operating hours.
Clean the bearings in the main shaft assembly every 2000 operating hours.
Generally, replace the bearings after 7200 operating hours.
The upper bearing of the main shaft assembly is a floating end, and the lower bearing is a fixed end.
After installation, the pulley should rotate flexibly by hand.
3. Drive Belt Adjustment
The tension of the driving V‑belts must be adjusted properly to ensure even stress.
For dual-motor drives, group and match the V‑belts on both sides to make each group as consistent in length as possible.
Adjust so that the current difference between the two motors is no more than 1A.
4. Safety Operation and Troubleshooting
Since the machine runs at high speed, special attention must be paid to safety.
Personnel should stay away from the machine during operation.
Any maintenance must be performed after shutdown.
If the sand making machine stops suddenly due to a fault, the crushed materials jammed in the crushing chamber must be cleared before restarting after the fault is resolved.
Small mistakes can lead to serious accidents.
During operation, attention must be paid to frequent maintenance and regular inspection.
In daily operation, correctly diagnose equipment faults, identify the causes accurately, take prompt measures,
and carefully maintain the sand making machine to avoid negligence.
