How to Improve the Output of Cement Production Line Equipment?
As urban construction continues to boom and various construction projects are underway, the demand for cement is rising, driving the vigorous development of the cement industry. The growth of the cement industry has in turn boosted the development of cement production equipment. Looking at the key indicators of the Φ4×60m preheater kiln production line: daily output increased from 2000t to 2500t, heat consumption dropped to 3020kJ/kg, comprehensive power consumption is less than 100kWh/t of cement, and the operating rate has exceeded 90%.
For the 5000t/d preheater kiln clinker production line, most lines now operate stably at around 5500t/d, with heat consumption reduced to 2968~3011kJ/kg, comprehensive power consumption below 60kWh/t of cement, and an annual operating rate of over 85%.
2. Development of Large-Scale Equipment
Production lines with capacities of 2000t/d to 3500t/d account for approximately 60%, while 5000t/d lines make up about 40%. Meanwhile, 2500t/d lines have evolved from "1 kiln, 2 mills" to "1 kiln, 1 mill". The 5000t/d production line is now fully commercialized. Two 10000t/d production lines have been put into operation successively, and commercial 10000t/d lines are under engineering design.
3. Development Towards Green and Eco-Friendly Cement
This involves comprehensive utilization of resources: replacing raw materials and fuels with industrial waste, using low-grade raw materials and fuels, and utilizing cement rotary kilns to treat industrial hazardous waste and some municipal waste. This makes the cement industry an important part of the circular economy chain.
