High-End Large-Scale Sand & Gravel Aggregate Production Line

Recently, the 1500TPH sand & gravel aggregate production line contracted by our company for Chibi City, Hubei Province is undergoing urgent delivery and installation. The line adopts our self-manufactured complete production equipment, including ZG vibrating feeders, 1 unit of PCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher, 1 unit of PC1216 hammer crusher, 2 units of 4YKZ3070 vibrating screens, 2 units of 2YKZ3070 vibrating screens, belt conveyors and other supporting facilities. The entire production line is built to a high, large-scale and premium standard, leading the domestic sand & stone production industry.

"High, Large-Scale & Premium" Features of the Production Line:

During the construction and operation of this stone material production line, its "high-end performance" is mainly reflected in the elimination of auxiliary crushing equipment such as impact crushers and cone crushers. The entire line takes the PCZ1820 heavy hammer crusher as the core crushing unit, which generates minimal return material, so only 1 unit of PC1216 hammer crusher is configured to process the small amount of return material, realizing an overall one-shot forming crushing process.

Its "large-scale advantage" is embodied in high output, excellent production efficiency and customer-satisfying economic benefits. The overall production line reaches an hourly output of over 1000 tons, a large-scale line rarely seen domestically. As the customer put it: "This is not a crusher, but a money-printing machine."

The "premium standard" of Dingli's sand & gravel production line is mainly reflected in its environmental protection performance. For quarries, achieving environmental compliance and reducing damage to environmental resources is crucial for sustainable development, and environment-friendly sand & gravel production lines will become a mandatory requirement for future quarries. This year, multiple large-scale sand & gravel production lines with an hourly output of over 1000 tons, equipped with PCZ1820 heavy hammer crushers, have been successfully put into operation domestically.
