Introduction:

For sand and gravel aggregate production lines, a variety of waste materials are generated during the production process. The comprehensive utilization of these waste materials can not only reduce resource waste but also realize resource recycling. Below are briefly introduced several methods for the comprehensive utilization of waste resources in sand and gravel aggregate production lines.

Separation and Utilization of Stone Powder and Finished Sand:

At the final processing stage of finished sand in the production line, stone powder is separated from finished sand. The separation of finished sand and stone powder is achieved through wind power, which is based on the theory of fluid mechanics. The air velocity in the classification zone is adjusted by wind speed to control the particle size of the selected materials, so that stone powder is separated into sand and fine powder in a suspended state, thereby realizing the separation of powder and sand.

The separated stone powder can be reused in various industries such as rubber, feed, cement, and coatings, avoiding the random accumulation of stone powder.
