Afghanistan boasts rich untapped gold resources, but local mining projects struggle with complex ore properties and harsh working conditions. We designed this jaw crusher specifically to address these challenges, breaking the limits of standard equipment.
With an optimized arc deep-cavity design, the crusher achieves "more crushing, less grinding" to reduce energy consumption and boost efficiency. Adjusted for Afghan gold ore’s hardness and particle size, it ensures crushed ore meets subsequent extraction requirements (d80≤10mm). Equipped with wear-resistant manganese steel jaw plates and a sealed lubrication system, it adapts to dry, dusty mining sites, extending service life and cutting maintenance costs.
