The DCS Super Central Control System, independently developed and designed by Zhongyu Dingli, is mainly used for automatic control and monitoring & supervision of equipment and process for the whole sand and gravel aggregate production line. With the central control center as the command and dispatch center, the system realizes central control and linkage of the whole plant production and sales level.
The key main and auxiliary equipment such as feeder, crusher, belt machine, sand making machine and separator on the whole production line are equipped with sensing devices to sense running status of the equipment, finished product output, vibration frequency of each bin, sales situation and other information. The data of temperature, voltage, current and vibration, inventory of the equipment are collected in real time to realize intelligent control management of sand and gravel production through 3D-visualized presentation.
